Can I bake cookies directly on parchment paper (I have no cookie sheet/aluminum foil)? - toaster oven cookie sheet

I am in the kitchen of my small apartment (in a toaster oven, no less).
I have to make 48 cookies in the morning, and I have no shoes or aluminum.

Please do not say "go to the store, because I have time for it and have no money for a taxi!

So I can use it as a substitute for cooking? Something?
