My father received a laptop from the company. which was stolen from the car, and it will be reciving a new machine that still had the Toshiba Satellite Pro XP recovery discs. Could benefit to XP on my computer, an old laptop "Blue Train (OR OTHER).

It might work, but when the copy typically provides a pre-selected key. Since your laptop is a Toshiba, the key is not available and you need to have your own. In addition, the operating system must Toshiba certain programs and public administrators. I recommend you stay with Windows XP Home.
