I drank a liter of black tea freshbrewed every day for two years and have not changed the habits of others and lost 70 pounds! The water would probably be healthier and more comfortable - but the tea is much easier for me.

Lemonade (Wawa has a good lemonade)
"Dole's Paradise Blend" 100% pure juice
Tea Lemonade (regular or strawberry) or sweet with lemon
Starbucks and Passionfruit Lemonade Shirley Temple Homade made by me

1 cup orange juice Farlee
1 slice orange
5 Peices ice
1.for orange juice in the cup.
2.Add ice in the glass.
3.shake easy (not as hard as ever spill)
4.garnish with a slice of orange.
Kool - aid or other drink powder, mixed with lemon juice, lemon juice, maraschino cherry and a glass of crushed ice.
Summer in a glass!
