I would like a recipe for one of my clients have tried to do before they say omg, it's incredible! " for a pot-luck with the girls from work. Preferably, no seafood

Brasa Short Ribs
5 pounds short ribs
Med 2 onions, sliced
2 T vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce T
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
3 / 4 c tomato sauce
1 / 4 c. Tea hot sauce or cayenne pepper
1 red / 2 teaspoon
3 / 4 cup water

Sprinkle ribs with salt, pepper and flour (about 1 / 4 cup) and into a roasting pan. Cover with onion sauce and the remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 for 3 hours. Just turn and ribs from time to time. Remove lid for the last 15 minutes.
